Carefully dip it into your favorite moisturizer, making sure you don’t grab too much and buff it into your skin. Using small circular motions you’ll be good and ready in no time. Rumor has it Kylie Jenner herself uses a similar technique for moisturizing and priming her face before applying makeup.
