Here's how our products are protected.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics products have been crafted with great attention to detail and care using advanced technical manufacturing and materials. Our products are tried, tested and perform excellently when used in the environments and activities for which they were created. Sometimes, no matter how careful we are, errors may occur in the manufacturing process. We're dedicated to making sure that our customers get the most out of their beauty experience. With this in mind, we created the Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics Limited Warranty on the workmanship and materials:
- Warranty is valid to the original purchaser only and does not cover secondhand ownership or products purchased from anyone other than Collaboratories LLC selling on Amazon.com or directly from www.beaugachis.com.
- Warranty issues can only be handled within the distribution zones of the United States.
- All products must be registered online within six months of purchase.
Warranty excludes damage as a result of:
- Deliberately causing further damage to the product
- Heat, flame or natural elements
- Accidental damage
- Failure to adhere to care instructions
- Reasonable or excessive wear and tear
Approval is at the discretion of Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics. If approved, the product will be replaced. In the case of discontinued models, the faulty item will be replaced with the most similar model from the current inventory.
Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics provides a Limited Warranty for our products and warrants that each product is to be in good working order when purchased from Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics. Should this product, in Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics’ opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics will replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident or disaster.
You may obtain warranty service by delivering this product to Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics along with proof of purchase, or if it has been longer than six months, the item must be registered on our website prior to the six-month mark from date of purchase. Products returned to Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics must be pre-authorized by Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number marked on the outside of the package. Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics will ship customers a new replacement via USPS Priority Mail. Customers pays shipping and handling charge of just $10.
In the event that the product is discontinued, Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available or to retract Limited Warranty if no replacement is available.
The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by Beau Gâchis® Cosmetics.
The above warranty applies to products sold on or after July 1, 2014.
