How Beau Gâchis Began
I’m just like everyone else…an absolute beautiful mess. But like you, I feel like I deserve luxury that doesn’t break the bank. Beau Gâchis started after I became a “statistic” of Corporate America and found myself one day completely frustrated at the beauty counter when I needed to purchase a few makeup brushes. I hate to admit that I never really thought much about the price of good quality brushes in the past, until I could no longer afford them. And when I walked away that day without any makeup brushes…it was like an overwhelming epiphany just hit me like a baseball bat! And that was the beginning of not only me finding a side of myself I never knew existed, but I became completely determined to solve this very issue for beauty lovers everywhere!
My goal was to be able to offer women (and men) quality beauty tools that we all deserve and could afford. After months and months of research, sleepless nights of communicating with manufacturers all over the world who produce makeup brushes for many of the leaders in this industry, I was finally able to design and create a set of makeup brushes with the same materials that you will find in some of the best brands out there. I skipped a mortgage payment and bought as many sets as I could and started selling them online. And people loved them, and I was able to produce more, and the love just kept pouring in to where now, we are able to produce higher quantities at a time at a lower price which is passed on to our customers. It feels good to be able to deliver luxury beauty tools like we do so no one ever has to feel the way that I did that day at the beauty counter. I feel very humbled to have fallen into this beautiful mess like I did and love being able to pay it forward.
